Helpdesk Support Analyst required for a 6 month fixed termcontract based in Cheshire, this role is to assist with complex helpdesk and server support during a transitional period within my clients team.
You will demonstrate proven experiencein all or most of the following core areas;
* Windows Server 2003/2008
* Active Directory 2008
* SQL 2005/8 (Desirable not essential)
* Exchange 2010
* Hyper V (Virtualisation)
* Citrix XenApp 6.5
* Microsoft Office 2010
* Microsoft DPM 2010 or experience of Backup Systems
The Systems Support Analyst will be expected to provide support and maintenance on the IT Infrastructure and exceptional Customer Service, expertise and user training where needed.
Additionally you will show excellent knowledge of ICT operations and application systems including but not limited to; practices and procedures in respect of Operating Systems and associated system policies, (WAN, LAN) Local and Wide Area Networks, PC, Thin Client technologies, Server hardware, Telephony systems (fixed and mobile), Firewall, web and email filtering technologies
Strong experience of supporting and administering corporate application systems including but not limited to Email, Thin Client, Virtualisation, Database technologies.
