Enthusiastic Helpdesk support analyst required to work in a busy IT team for a manufacturing company based in the Bath area. The company have approximately 500 users based at their head office.

The successful candidate will be providing initial telephone based and (if required) hands on support in a Windows environment covering Windows 7, Windows Server, MS Office Suite, MS Exchange Server/Outlook email, Nortel phone system, Ghost imaging. Experience in most of these PLUS strong enthusiasm and motivation are required for this position.

Duties will include working in a small team, answering and logging calls and either trying to fix issues over the phone before going to the users' desks. Key focus for this role will be providing excellent customer service to the business users. The team receive approximately 150 calls per week.
