You will be answering 35 to 50 calls per day providing 1st level application support.
The responsibilities in this position are:
- Monitoring & review of email queue, contacting customer as required to confirm requirements of requests
- Entering of requests from faxes, assignment of complex requests from the support queue involving contact with the client as required
- Escalation of requests from email queue and telephone calls
- High focus customer support role with strong focus on meeting customer service levels
To be considered for this role you will need to have:
- Fluent in speaking MANDARIN AND CANTONESE
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Diligent and committed to getting the job done
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous IT Experience is preferred but not essential
- Drivers licence required
