HELPDESK IT SUPPORT - This is a long term contract opportunity for a Helpdesk IT Supporter to work within a Global organization in Zurich.
TASKS:
- Call entry for selected Customers (phone, email, automated)
- Validate support contracts and SLA'a
- Pass the support cases on to the correct organization
- Assure Customer is informed regarding support status from start of issue until the solution is provided
- A-Z monitoring all open cases of the selected SPS customers
- Interface between the Customer and the support organization
- Dispatch Calls electronically using given tools and applications
- Manage open calls/reporting
- "push" cases through support organization
- Deal with Global Support Centers
- Maintain case lists
- Handle and coordinate complaints/critical cases
SPECIFIC SKILLS:
- Familiar with the world of IT
- Experienced with PC/MS Office
- Communication, telephone skills, helpdesk
- Good mannered
- Organization talent
- Experienced in telephone communication
- Open minded/Team-working
- Clear communication (voice and articulation)
- Independent
- Able to think customer oriented
- Languages: English, German and French as a must
