Helpdesk German

Do you want to be part of an international company? Are you a service oriented type? In this role you will have the opportunity to work for an international company with offices in the Eindhoven region.

You will be partly responsible as a contact person for the German speaking clients of this organisation, in a first line support role taking in tickets of their clients.

The company

The company is an after sales service provider to the IT industry. It is an internationally operating organisation with their European head office in the Eindhoven region.

You will

- Be in contact with the mostly german speaking clients of the organisation
- Escalate tickets where necessary to the 2nd line support.

You are

A service oriented person that is showing a strong character as well. You are an excellent communicator and have high problem-solving skills.

Your profile:

- Fluent German and English speaker
- Customer service orientation
- Technical affinity
