Avanti's client is currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Engineer to join their team immediately (next week the latest). This role is primarily non-technical and will be primarily focusing on logging new service tickets, scheduling calls and customer liaison as well as SLA management. Experience required:

2 years minimum experience within IT

Helpdesk/service desk experience

Taking calls and building rapport with customers
