Helpdesk (Engineer Dispatch) - Shift Work - Coventry - Immediate Start!

Project People are recruiting for a Scheduler/Dispatcher for ongoing contract work in Coventry.
As Scheduler/Dispatcher you will be responsible for allocating work to the Field Engineers, review and monitor ticket allocations through to job completion, follow escalation processes, ensure engineers have correct equipment and work to tight KPIs/SLAs.

You will be joining a growing team based in large offices in Coventry. You will need to be able to work either of the following shifts:
Monday to Friday - Nights only 7pm - 5am
or Friday to Monday 08:00 - 18:00 Hrs

My client are looking for someone with the following experience:
- Worked in a similar environment - allocating/scheduling work to engineers/field reps
- Excellent communication skills
- Telephone experience (ie call centre/helpdesk/customer service)
- Able to accurately log and track information
- Experience using trouble ticketing systems (desirable)
- Happy to work one of the above shift patterns
