- Knowledge of the ITIL Foundation (optional: certified) more related on what is incident, change etc
- Mobile devices: BlackBerry, Ipad, Iphone
- Lotus Notes (optional)
- Sharepoint (optional)
- Basic knowledge about hardware (laptop, desktop)
- Good level of social and communication skills to end users
- Work pro-active and as a team-player
