ANNUAL SALARY: €DOE (Dependant on Experience)

My client is a leading worldwide organisation with offices across Europe and they are looking to employ a HelpDesk Consultant to be based in their Brussels office. The HelpDesk Consultant will be responsible for picking up and resolving or escalating problems that arise within the SLA. In addition to this, the Helpdesk Consultant will be required to provide analysis into the system focussing on negative trends and then escalating these to the relevant party.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- 1 year experience of HelpDesk/Customer support type role.
- Experience within the following technologies:

DATABASES

- MySQL
- Oracle
- Microsoft

NETWORKING ( CISCO )

- TCP/IP
- Routing
- Firewall
- WAN/LAN

SYSTEMS

- Webserver
- Support hardware ( printers, notebooks, desktops, IP-phones)

OPERATING SYSTEMS

- Unix user en administrator
- Linux ( Debian, Ubuntu, Ubuntu server)
- Microsoft Windows ( XP,  win7 )

PROGRAMMING

- .NET
- Java
- JavaScript  + PHP
- C                   

VIRTUALISATION

- Vmware
- Virtualbox
