Projektbeschreibung
This is a help desk position working on the software support team. They also support Unix/Linux. They are looking for someone with basic Unix knowledge, able to write SQL queries and scripts.
Ideal candidate will have AAS Degree in IT or Technical certification. Prior call center or tech support skills.
Skills needed:
PC, Windows, support, UNIX - Minimally, possess basic knowledge of navigating from a command prompt
Strong Work Ethic - Must be 100% present and on-time
Customer Service skills - Ability to adapt technical communications to the level of your contact. Caniddates need to be flexible in the hours they can work. All candidates must pass a 20 year Criminal background check and drug screen.
Local candidates preferred. Immediate need.
