2 positions, 2nd shift

1 is Sunday -Thursday

1 is Tuesday-Saturday


- Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
- Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
- Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
- Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- May involve use of problem management databases and help desk system.
- Works under immediate supervision.


- Front line experience taking calls
- Networking knowledge
- Remedy and Excel experience
- Help desk experience (1-3 years) in the field or in a related area
- Knowledge of commonly-used Tech Support concepts, practices, and procedures
- May require an associate's degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team Player
- Quick Study must learn proactively and quickly
- Flexibility
- Strong Windows 7 troubleshooting
- Some Windows XP, Vista OS troubleshooting
- Highly knowledgeable in Microsoft Office 2010, troubleshooting, and how-to, including Outlook client
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office 2007 troubleshooting
- Able to identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems
- VPN troubleshooting
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
- Attention to detail
