Projektbeschreibung
This contractor will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day activities surrounding break-fix activities. Additionally, this position will assist with provisioning new equipment, maintaining inventory and ensure we meet our current service level commitments.
Tasks:
- Provide technical assistance for user questions/issues on Windows XP and Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2007, Office 2010
- Resolve computer problems
- Image computers using WinPE
- Install and perform minor repairs to computers and peripheral equipment
- Set up equipment for employee use
- Maintain work tickets in CA Service Desk
- Update/create documentation and processes
- Update computer information in Active Directory
