An NV level 2 security clearance is desirable but a NV level 2 may be considered.
The Contractor must be able to demonstrate that they have exceptional customer service skills and a strong customer focus. Key Persons must have undergone dedicated customer training (by a recognised customer service training provider) before commencement on the Help Desk. Key Persons must have familiarity with ITIL concepts and have undertaken ITIL foundation training (V2 or V3) within 3 months of commencement (this cost is borne by the Contractor).
Key Persons must have experience supporting Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange 2003, Windows XP, Windows 7, Office 2003, Office 2010 and future releases of the Windows environment.
