Help Desk/Desktop Support Engineer 

- EASTERN SUBURBS LOCATION- WORK CLOSE TO HOME
- 3-6 MONTHS CONTRACT - VIEW TO PERMANENT
- HYBRID ROLE - HELP DESK AND DESKTOP SUPPORT

Our client, a professional IT services firm with a growing client base is seeking the services of an experienced Service desk/Desktop Engineer to perform day to day systems maintenance within a level 2 capacity.   

TO BE SUCCESSFUL FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

- Provide phone base support to a large number of end users
- Level 2 Infrastructure troubleshooting support
- 2 to 3 years of Service desk experience in an ITIL environment 
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering
- Solid Networking (LAN/WAN) experience 
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Exposure to Windows Server 2003, VMware ESXi, Wintel server environment
