1st/2nd Line Help Desk Analyst
LOCATION: BRUSSELS
SALARY: Euros 2800 ( per month)
DURATION: 6 months
JOB INTRODUCTION
Due to continued growth and investment, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven 1st/2nd Line Help Desk Analyst to join their IT service Desk.
The successful candidate will be responsible:
-First point of contact regarding the technical issues
-A ssisting to matters over the phone and via the Internet
-A nswer ing questions and enter ing relevant information into the system
THE ROLE
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT RESTRICTED TO:
-TROUBLESHOOTINGlogin failures
-ASSISTINGclients in resetting passwords
-ANSWERINGsystem based questions ( as needed )
-RELAYinformation accurately into a system while conve rsing with clients on the phone
-UTILISEknowledge of relevant software to pull customer needs f rom a queue:
-R esponding via email, live chat or phone.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
-MUST BE FLUENT IN FRENCH AND ENGLISH
- Strong data entry skills
-Strong phone presence
-Friendly and enthusiastic team player
-Experience with help desk software
-Fantastic work ethic with high sense of professionalism
-Experience in customer service in call centre or client facing IT support environments
-Must be fluent and able to accurately type in English while communicating verbally on the phone
