Healthcare Program Manager (non IT)

Title of Position: Senior Program Manager

Purpose of the Position:
This candidate will be working with the Member Experience and Consumer Engagement Department. They will be connected with the team that handles the onboarding of new members for Colorado, and teams that handles claims, appointments etc. They will be working with the departments that work directly with Members and helping to establish policies and procedures for the teams. They will talking with each of the departments and working with management to identify procedures, policies, and processes for high level Member Experience and Consumer Engagement programs.

REQUIREMENTS:

HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE STRONGLY PREFERRED.

EXPERIENCE WITH SERVICE LEVEL PROJECTS.

SUCCESS IN SIMILAR PRIOR PROJECTS APPRECIATED.

Must have strong Excel Reporting experience and able to identify and establish program reporting.
Minimum 8 of years of experience required
Bachelor's degree in a related area, eg, business, health care management required
Ability to manage and communicate with diverse group of stakeholders
Ability to speak to many different levels of management
Outstanding written and communication skills
Ability to work with little direction

Develops and manages project plans, including defining deliverables, key milestones and critical path.
Develops project outcome success measures.
Balances schedules, scope and budget, renegotiates with sponsor, as necessary
Formulates project methodologies and communication plans.
Develops models to project impact of projects on resources.
Facilitates collaboration with diverse groups and individuals to influence strategic planning and execution.
Communicates and presents project status to a variety of audiences.
Documents project process and outcomes.
