Job Title: Healthcare Compliance Associate

Location: Berkshire

Duration: 12 months

The Role: To assist in the development and implementation of the Healthcare Compliance Plan

Accountabilities

These mainly refer to ABPI Code related processes. For these processes, work with the Healthcare Compliance team to:

•Develop processes together with other stakeholder, so that they support compliance with the Code and other company procedures whilst being efficient as possible
•Write/update associated Standard Operating Procedures
•Develop and deliver training
•Monitor compliance
•Involvement in and development of general Code training
•Provide Code-related support and advice to other company staff
Requirements

•Thorough knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice
•Experience of applying the Code - for example: copy approval or other work in a Healthcare Compliance Team
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Demonstrates initiative
•Attention to detail
•IT literate

We are ideally looking at people with Healthcare Compliance experience but would potentially consider others with the relevant ABPI knowledge and right skillset who are looking to move into Compliance.

The successful person will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and self-initiative.
