Health Contracts Associate (m/f)

-The HC (Health Care) Contracts Associate owns the contracting process from the first request from Life Cycle Teams to engage with HCPs (Healthcare professionals) or healthcare institutions to the final execution of the contract including the request for a PO (Purchase Order)
-Review, negotiate, amend and finalize contracts for HCPs or healthcare institutions managed by client
-Ensure compliance with regulations and internal guidelines
-Business degree or equivalent experience/education
-Experience in the Pharma/Biotech or similar highly regulated industry of advantage
-Experience in dealing with internal and external international customers
-Familiar with systems (ARIBA, SAP)
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
-Good understanding of the requisition to payment processes
-Good understanding of optimal process flows
-Good understanding of regulations and legal requirements
-Fluent in written and spoken English (other languages are an asset)
-Basic understanding of Pharma industry
