Essential:
Working as a Head of WebDevelopment in a online business. THIS IS ESSENTIAL
Managing teams from 15-40 developers and QA, Must be ASP.Net or Java
Passion for Start-Up feel orgaisation.
Hands-on technical background able to guide and intervene on specific technology challenges
Stint at an excellent international technology or B2C ecommerce business Google, Facebook, Amazon, or ThoughtWorks are of particular interest
Proven track record hiring, retaining, growing and motivating excellent software engineers
Demonstrably driven and self-motivated in high-change environments
Bonus points for detailed experience with ecommerce subsystems: ERP, BI, MMS, etc. or some of the systems in use: SOA, OODBMS, memcached, CDN/DSA
