Projektbeschreibung

Head of Web and E-Marketing needed to work for extremely well established Asset Management Comapany in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the AMI Web & eMarketing Team.

Key areas of accountability include the implementation, management and content build out of large web development projects, web campaign execution and email strategy.

Strategic Planning & Website Management

* Develops AMI's emarketing opportunities, brand positioning, competitive analysis, business plan, and communications strategies and implement accordingly.
* Analyses user feedback and makes recommendations to ensure the continued improvement of AMI's eMarketing proposition.
* Ensures we deliver value to our customers via the web. This position leads AMI in focusing on customers and markets via eBusiness strategy.
* Creates functional specifications, design briefs, website prototypes, publishing plans and project schedules to help drive achievement of project milestones.
* Manages the full development cycle of website project activities to achieve cost and time objectives for a given scope, using internal and external resources efficiently and effectively.
* Co-ordinates content, assuring that the appropriate parties have reviewed and approved all assets.
* Creates eCommunication strategy, manages email activity and ensures that the technical support is given to the business to allow appropriate and efficient communication with clients via email.
* Ensures AMI brand guidelines are adhered to across all digital mediums and that all email campaign and website guidelines are derived from those set at the corporate level.
* Plans future emarketing strategy and determines business opportunities within the financial sector to significantly impact the growth and profitability of AMI.
* Maintains digital industry focus in order to keep a breast of new development, technologies, initiatives and legislation.
* Liaises with and business areas over business readiness and implementation.

Team Leadership

* Supports and co-ordinates process responsibilities of the team to ensure project deadlines and commitments are met, and provides appropriate reporting to the business managers as necessary.
* Develops team direction and co-ordination, this will include; running team meetings, creating new web and email management and process strategies, supporting the recruitment process and general management process.
* Supports team in creating skills development plan to ensure the correct attributes are being developed through both formal training and task experience.
* Provides clear direction and leadership to team members, sets professional example. Supports and encourages staff development, objective setting and appraisal.
