My client, a leading bank, is currently looking for a Head of Trustee to join a fast past environment who will be reporting to their Global Services Team. The role will be based in theirEdinburghoffice on a permanent basis paying a salary from £110-130k Per annum.

You will meet the following requirements:

* Has an in-depth knowledge of the securities market, the associated market infrastructure and fund structures.
* Must have strong onshore/offshore regulations requirements experience
* Strong knowledge of European fund domiciles includingUK,
* Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the funds industry and in particular products and associated regulations.
* Has a solid grasp of the technology and systems supporting the product and a strategic mind-set, with strong conceptual, creative and analytical content.
* Board level and director governance experience an advantage.
* Strong market knowledge including securities, hedgefund and equity bonds
* First class interpersonal, collaborative, relationship building and influencing skills.
* Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, with strong presentation skills.
