Immediate opportunity for experienced Service Centre specialist to be Head of Technical Service Centre based in Barcelona. You will lead and motivate a large team (c.200) of 24/7 Multi lingual technical resources to manage and resolve customer issues for large corporations and to develop and enhance the capability and performance of the team. You may have previously been Head of Customer Service; Customer Service Manager; Director of Technical Customer Care; Support Centre Manager etc.
Define, develop and execute the Technical Customer Service strategy, processes and work streams. Lead best in class customer service. Able to lead, grow and develop the Technical Service Team.
You will have in-depth experience in the Management of technical service centre teams with proven track record in managing a team in excess of 200 people. Financial management of €10million+. Fluent in English with Multilingual a key advantage.
