ESSENTIAL:
- CIPS (or Procurement equivalent) Qualified
- Extensive knowledge of OJEU
- IT Contracts experience
- Experience managing 3rd party suppliers (outsourcers)
- Extensive relationship management experience
- CTC or SC Clearance
