My client, a Top 4 UK Bank, are looking for an interim Head of Retail Banking Strategy to work out of their London HQ on a 9 month contract.
The successful Head Of Retail Banking Strategy candidate will have the following:
- Demonstrable experience as a Head of or Senior Manager delivering Transformation and Strategy within Retail Banking
- First rate understanding of UK banking markets, competitors and strategic challenges
- Strong understanding of strategic management frameworks, tools, processes and techniques
- Demonstrated ability in strategic analysis, financial modelling, valuation techniques, including resourcefulness in sourcing and validating data
