Head of Release & Change Management

We are looking for a truly inspirational individual who can embed our Values across the region, and take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the Change and Release Function within YESPay, (a company we recently acquired) supporting IT change and delivery into the overall WorldPay group. The function managed by this person, will co-ordinate the Change and Release Activities distributed across our sites in Indore, London and elsewhere as appropriate.

Reporting to the local CIO, your role will be crucial to the success of the team. You will be overseeing the execution of Software Configuration management for all YESPay platforms, in addition to the management of the Configuration, Release and Environment Management across the group to ensure that all changes are developed and tested to standards and are risk assessed and approved by the appropriate live service owners.

In addition to the above, this individual will manage the execution of deployment strategies ensuring consistent management of the deployment teams.

This role is of critical importance to the YESPay programme team, and we are looking for someone who is happy to spend 4 weeks out of 5 in Indore.
