Head of Procurement (Transformation, Strategy, Multi-Site Procurement)

HEAD OF PROCUREMENT (Transformation, Strategy, Multi-Site Procurement) is urgently required by our International IT Services Company for an initial 6 Month contract to be based in London. An exciting opportunity to be part of an EMEIA wide procurement transformation programme.

Designing and setting up a strategy for the consolidation of multi-site procurement functions. Must have experience in re-modelling business processes and procedures across the entire procurement environment. Working with the lead Procurement team and a variety of Stakeholders across a number of different geographical locations and across the business to develop and implement an effective EMEIA procurement Policy and Process framework whilst ensuring effective Governance and Compliance and also identifying opportunities for cost down initiatives over an EMEIA landscape.

SKILLS:

- Proven track record in a global re-engineering/re-modelling procurement programme, through designing, developing and implementing the procurement strategy and functions, (Global Procurement Policy Framework and Procurement guidelines) within a large complex organisation
- Multi-site procurement consolidation
- Successfully lead and delivered transformation procurement projects
- Standardisation of procurement templates
- Strong Change/resistance Management skills - involvement in procurement change management programmes
- Strong Stakeholder Management
- Implementing Procurement Group Operations Model
- Establishing new commercial management function
- Procurement improvement management
