Head of Plant - on Track Plant

* Provide a focal point to the customer for the provision of On Track Plant (OTP) services.
* Development and implementation of performance and operations planning strategies that meet the requirements of the BB Rail business.
* Continuous improvement in work practices and the implementation of innovative solutions that will increase added value and safety.
* Maintain regular contact with customers to obtain feedback on service quality and performance, ensuring problems are followed up and resolved effectively.
* Establish a forum for regular reviews with customers and key OTP staff, on developments and performance issues.
* Develop the technical element of the service, leading to a differentiated product that provides benefit to customers and the business.
* Manage the programme of service delivery and hold organisation accountable for delivery and cost control.
* Establish and develop a cohesive and strong management team, with clearly defined responsibilities, objectives and development areas.
* Establish a Safety Culture in the business to deliver Zero Harm.

* Budget/forecast achievement
* Fault trend analysis.
* Monitoring faults and reporting
