Head Of Peformance and Information

I am currently recruiting for a Head of Information and Performance for a CSU based in the South East for a 3 month period. Here is the job description:

The Head of Performance and Information will lead the combined Performance and Information Service focusing on the following three key delivery areas. The post holder will :

* Lead the development of an information strategy for the CSU working closely with all CSU customers and with external partners and new and potential system suppliers to ensure that the final strategy is designed to and delivers high quality, efficient and responsive information solutions that meet emerging and future customer needs.

* Lead the development and provision of an effective performance reporting and management service to be delivered to CCGs in line with the agreed CSU service specification. This will include dashboard and report development, providing a corporate performance monitoring and reporting service to CCGs and providing support and advice to CCGs on a regular basis for their formal performance review processes.

* Be responsible for managing the delivery of a range of high quality information services to a range of customers and other teams within the CSU to support the delivery of core elements of the CSU Business Intelligence service and associated Contract Management service .

* Where appropriate, support the implementation of new information solutions for CCGs (such as for on-going contract management and practice level reporting) as part of supporting the wider delivery of the BI service specification.
