The Role:
Reporting in to the Head of Product, Marketing and Business Strategy, the Head of Online Digital Product's key responsibility will be to define and implement the strategy for the delivery and servicing of our prepaid products through the online and digital channels.

Liaising with key stakeholders within the business and across the wider organisation, the role holder will identify and manage product development initiatives and deliver to competitive timescales.

Key Responsibilities
To define the strategy for both shorter term online and digital deployments through to longer term strategic developments; managing the entire product evolution from identification and development through to market deployment
To implement online and digital channel opportunities in both the consumer and corporate portfolios to maximise delivery to the end customer
To drive market assessments through research and development, commercial evaluations and technology and risk assessments in order to optimise the product propositions and the customer experience
Overseeing the delivery of our online and digital services, including E-commerce, digital marketing and also product servicing
Ensuring that the business is aware of all industry trends and emerging opportunities, mostly in the mobile servicing space
To take full responsibility for the P&L performance of the online and digital product group, including online conversion metrics of our E-commerce channels. These metrics will be used to monitor the performance of the role holder and the wider team

Previous online/digital product experience is essential
Ideally the role holder will have experience in the payments industry although this is not essential
Previous experience working with B2B and B2C relationships
Knowledge of prepaid cards is desirable although not essential
Proven track record of delivering against aggressive timescales and targets
Previous experience of managing a small team

Be able to communicate across all levels within an organisation including being able to deliver compelling strategic plans to the executive management team
The ability to inspire teams to deliver in challenging circumstances recognising the need to motivate and develop whilst maintaining pace and juggling priorities
A strong relationship manager with a customer centric focus
Possess a high degree of personal and professional integrity
Have the ability to be results focussed whilst always maintaining an appreciation of key risk factors
