Global Airline,
6 month contract (likely to be extended)
500-700 per day
London

My client is a global airline and is looking for a Head of Loyalty to take a key role in the strategic goals of the business. The Head of Loyalty will:

*Develop and execute the company's loyalty programme
*Lead the talented and passionate Loyalty team while also bringing new talent on board
*Instil culture change and a new way of marketing to engage, retain and acquire consumers and drive passion and loyalty for the brand
*Work closely alongside the marketing and PR team to ensure that there is consistency.

To be considered for the role, you will need:

*Strong experience working at a senior, multinational level within Loyalty/CRM
*Experience of working within a b2c organisation
*Strong leadership skills
*Strong track record of leading significant change within a business
*To be passionate for the consumer and relationship marketing

The role is based in London and you will be expected to be flexible to travel globally.
