Our client offers a range of financial products and services, including life insurance, pensions and investments, to customers worldwide and a number of high-profile corporate partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing overall investor relations strategies and policies
. Acting as a spokesperson for the Company to introduce, position and market the Company to investors and potential investors
. Providing investor relations advice and feedback to senior executives to include financial and industry trends, shareholder concerns and competitor actions that might impact the Company
. Establishing and maintaining processes to monitor and measure the effectiveness of the Company's investor relations efforts
. Coordinating global participation in financial and financial analyst events
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Financial Services experience is essential
. Senior-level Investor Relations experience preferred
. Excellent organisation, planning and time management abilities
. Successful experience meeting deadlines with
. Executive level oral and written communication abilities
. Proven ability to effectively establish and maintain positive relationships
. Strong strategic financial analytical skills
