Key Responsibilities of the Interim Head of HR:
Provide a comprehensive Human Resource Service to the business whilst managing a small team and working to maintain and progress the company's strategic goals. The role will both operational and strategical and you will be responsible for some key projects such as employee engagement and succession planning.
Responsible for all aspects of people management in relation to performance management, learning & development, employee relations, recruitment and selection, HR policy, and compensation & benefits.
Key Requirements of the Interim Head of HR:
* Able to lead by positive example to create a motivational working environment which inspires the team.
* Experience working in the public sector
* Exceptional communication skill and a strong demonstrable commercial acumen
* Relevant levels of experience in a demanding fast paced generalist HR role.
* Proven ability to deal with a range of HR issues.
* Proven generalist HR experience with significant senior HR partnering experience
* CIPD qualified
