HEAD OF HR (Interim)

Projektbeschreibung

We are seeking an experienced Head of HR with some, ideally recent, background in Banking or Financial Services to manage and coach a small HR team. You will have in depth practical experience of implementing redundancy programmes and employment legislation relating to TUPE. The role will involve being responsible for the overall control and direction of the HR resources function. This will include responsibility for recruitment training, development, manpower planning, reward, employee relations and employee communications.

Experience of working with Trade Unions, 3rd Party HR Service providers including payroll and contract staff agencies will be required in addition to working with Legal.

Coaching managers and influencing at Exec Committee level will be required.

This is an initial 6 month renewable contract and will be a very interesting role.
