Head of HR - Finance- Mayfair - £60-65k

Amazing opportunity for a talented HR Generalist to join a Brokerage firm based in Mayfair in an autonomous stand-alone role. The role requires a HR professional with extensive generalist experience preferably gained within a small Financial Services environment. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the HR strategy, hands-on delivery of the day to HR function and you will be able to influence change and drive performance through people. Areas of responsibility include: Training & Development Talent Management Recruitment & Selection Compensation & Benefits Employment Relations Payroll and Benefits Administration Succession Planning To be successful in this role, candidates will demonstrate that they can act as a credible and trusted partner to the business, displaying integrity and professionalism and taking personal accountability for results. You will have an impeccable academic record and have a proven track record in a generalist capacity ideally gained in a small financial service environment.
