I have an excellent opportunity for a Head of HR to work for a major company based in London.

Job Outline:

Purpose of role Partnering with the MD of Connected Home and HR colleagues in business, create and implement a people plan that supports delivery of our Connected Home strategy.

Key Accountabilities:

Ensure that the Connected Home organisation is set up to deliver for the future: operating model, accountabilities, interfaces, governance, team transition etc. Lead the Connected Home talent acquisition strategy, working closely with resourcing partners and utilising appropriate channels to acquire and retain world class talent. Identify key capability gaps and build critical capabilities for Connected Home, including development of compelling learning agendas aligned to business needs. Champion and shape a global, innovation and customer-oriented culture within Connected Home. Ensure that performance is managed well in Connected Home, supported with a reward strategy that aims to acquire and retain talent. Oversee and implement the location strategy for Connected Home.

Required Experience:

Ideally experience of working in a high tech environment. Good level of intellect and delivery focused, able to work at pace. Able to build credibility fast with senior stakeholders and a high degree of personal impact. A true business partner, able to challenge and influence. Comfortable determining the people strategy as well as getting hands dirty and delivering
