Head of FP&A - Financial Services

HEAD OF FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS - FINANCIAL SERVICES

A Financial Services business with an impressive track record are looking to strengthen their Financial Planning and Analysis team with a new Head of FP&A. This role will be 80% line management and 20% change with a focus on new processes and efficiencies around this key business partnering unit. With a view to creating a new Target Operating Model for this team this role will play an integral part in the future state and potential success of the business.

MUST HAVES:
- Previous Financial Services experience
- Experience leading or heading up FP&A teams in change environments
- Experience delivering TOM (Target Operating Model) type work in finance departments
- Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant
- Hands on and highly analytical approach
- Experience within change or transformation environments
