Head of E-Commerce - Retail

THE CLIENT
Green Park is partnering a renowned Private Equity firm assisting with the business transformation of a predominant high street fashion retailer who our continuing their development and brand repositioning across the high-street.
Due to internal movements, we require an Interim Head of E-commerce to support them through their continued digital growth for a period of 6 months.

The Interim Assignment
This will be a key leadership assignment which encompasses everything through executive relationship management; omni-channel digital marketing, E-commerce trading, team management and assist roadmap development; full life cycle development of Customer & Consumer journey within the digital sphere.

Effectively this individual will be operating as a deputy to the Group Omni-Channel Director with the full breadth of responsibility inherent in such a position, but within a defined scope of Customer
You will be responsible for driving forward a newly established team as well as having C-Suite stakeholder engagement, therefore as much as managing down will be of great importance, we will also need to see proven experience of managing up.
