Reporting to the head of Market Operations, this role will manage 3 teams responsible for the accurate development, management and notification of terms and conditions, regulatory, mandatory and remediation disclosure notifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage a team of associates responsible for key notification, development & dialogue activities
* Matrix manage associates within other lines of business to ensure disclosure activities are completes on schedule
* Define roles and responsibilities for the disclosure management team
* Create efficiencies within disclosure management process
* Lead reviews of notification processes/systems/validation/DMAIC process and adherance to policies
* Maintain and develop essential relationships with implementing areas of changes required for notifications
* Participate in bank wide projects to deliver critical notification updates

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Experience in aligning enterprise capabilities
* Relationship Management - Able to build partnerships and achieve swift adoption
* Contract Management Experience
* Negotiation skills
* Experience within the banking sector is essential, with Financial Compliance and Regulations experience.
