HEAD OF DIGITAL & INNOVATION - NETHERLANDS - RETAIL - €€ NEGOTIABLE - ASAP START

Montash have been engaged by a multi-national retail brand in order to secure a Head of Digital & Innovation leading a large scale Digital Transformation Programme.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the digital function
- Build and expand on the existing digital teams
- Lead major product related change programmes with the Marketing department
- Ensure the improvement of the online customer journey roadmap delivering a first class customer experience
- Define the most effective and efficient list of suppliers

KEY SKILLS:

- Experience of having full budget control with budgets over €10m
- Developed and executed digital marketing strategies in line with growth plans
- P&L responsibilities within a given department
- A demonstrated track record of driving forward the improvements of the online customer journey
- Ability to identify new platforms, channels and strategies within the digital space
- Excellent high level stakeholder engagement skills
