My client a large B2C organisation is currently looking for a Head of Marketing/CRM for an initial 3 - 6 moth assignment.

Taking charge of a newly created team this role is pivotal in helping build upon and develop a newly implemented CRM platform/strategy, driving a significant shift in business thinking and capability. This role will lay the foundations to ensure that this business delivers against its marketing strategy with regards to its customer ensuring engagement activities geared towards specific segments.

The deliverables for this role are threefold:

- Help build and up skill the current team to ensure it can deliver against targets for campaigns and initiatives.
- Take ownership around existing Marketing/CRM Projects
- Keep building on the vision and be an advocate for Marketing across the wider business.

As the successful candidate you will have extensive CRM/Marketing experience working in large B2C environments (essential). You will have worked heavily around customer base marketing, running projects and building internal capability around teams. You will be able to demonstrate strong customers analytics capability with proven examples of how you have used this to deliver ROI across Cross-sell, Up-sell, loyalty, Retention and Churn. Excellent communication and influencing skills are a must.
