My client an eGaming business based in Gibraltar is currently looking for an Interim Head of CRM for an Initial 3 month contract.
The purpose of this role is to improve player value through the retention and reactivation of non-VIP customers through Customer Insight, data segmentation and analytics. Also looking at automated journey development and customer communication.
Some of the core areas of focus will include:
- Development of a customer retention strategy across all of their brands
- Development of a Customer data strategy, segmentation and tool development to improve player value.
- Working closely with Brand and Customer Acquisition teams to improve the quality of promotions
- Working with the Brand teams to set and deliver customer churn, reactivation and spend per head targets.
As the successful candidate you will have expert CRM experience in a fast-paced (B2C) business. You will have demonstrable experience of Customer experience and customer data strategies and a detailed understanding of Customer data management, customer insight/research, CRM marketing and Business Intelligence. You will have management experience (this role have 10 direct reports)
