Deliver creative excellence while you deliver the fast paced requirements of the role.

Ambassadorial, you enjoy connecting people and encouraging them to deliver great work

A strong marketer, you will know what good creative looks like and you will use your judgement to inspire & educate your team.

Further, you know how to deliver results & drive traffic through creative effectiveness.

Required skills and background experience include:

- Excellent motivator of creative people
- Interpret marketing effectiveness and traffic results and find suggestions to improve
- Good understanding of how to use social with visual creative to create a powerful, joined up British campaign
- Deep understanding of the British zeitgeist & psycheGreat social skills, ability to interact with top executives & people at all levels of the organization
- Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
