IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Coordination of monthly and yearly closings – in SK GAAP (Slovak Accounting Standards) and IFRS
-Leading the controlling department and supporting the financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
-Performance of real-to-budget analysis by IBM Business Analytics Cognos
-Coordination and maintenance of cost unit accounting, budgeting, business unit controlling, HR-controlling, sales controlling
-Forecast, budget and long-term planning (balance sheet, P&L, expenses, cost of risk)
-Set up and optimisation of management reporting
-Liquidity and business planning by business cases
-Budget modelling from A to Z
-Cost of risk transfer to IFRS
-Contact person for potential buyers and shareholders of the bank
-Management and execution of reporting
-Participation in various projects, ad-hoc analysis, process documentation,
-Efficiency optimisation
-Transfer of P&L into IFRS
-Conception and optimisation of new cost unit accounting system

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Relevant experience in controlling department of retail bank or financial intermediary or by traineeship in the banking sector, e. g. in a leading position
-Audit or consulting background (Big 4) in the financial service sector
-In-depth knowledge of national (SK GAAP) and international accounting standards (IFRS)
-Fluency in English
-Basic language knowledge of Slovakian or Czech
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or MBA (Major: Accounting, Tax and Finance)
-Good use of IBM Business Analytics Cognos and Oracle database (SQL queries, data management)
-Profound knowledge of MS Office (especially in MS Excel)
-Basic knowledge of programming language or SQL
-Solid knowledge of SAP FI or MS Navision are beneficial
