Head of Contracts & Supply Chain

Currently recruiting for a Head of Contracts
* Excellent commercial acumen and evidence of the ability to think strategically, creatively and analytically;
* Persuasive communicator with strong influencing skills and the personal impact and credibility to operate at board and Senior Executive levels;
* Successful track record in managing a Commercial Contracts function including procurement and sales in an international environment within a public or large private sector organisation;
* Experience of negotiating and building partnerships with external customers/suppliers and developing strategic solutions to changes within the business operating environment;
* Good technical knowledge of EU and UK regulatory requirements and the application of OGC Gateway process to review and test procurement viability of project proposals;
* High value & complex contract management
* Proven experience of implementing transformation programmes
* Successful track record in managing a Commercial Contracts function including procurement and sales in an international environment
* Good technical knowledge of EU and UK regulatory requirements and the application of OGC Gateway process to review and test procurement viability of project proposals
* Experience gained within a commercial trading environment
