The Head of Contact Centre - Outbound Service role has responsibility across operational performance, sales and customer service. Success will be ensured through maintenance of the high performance culture and revenue targets being met and ensure operating costs continue to fall.

The successful candidate will possess an operational appreciation of outbound and value added services from a contact centre environment. The role encourages idea generation towards business plans, line management, sales initiatives, the design and implementation of a consistent Outbound reward and recognition structure.
