LONDON - 3 MONTHS - NEGOTIABLE DAILY RATE
My client, a forward thinking, customer centric organisation are looking to recruit an interim Head of Consumer and Market Insight with strong team management ability to drive forward the continuous improvement strategy within the organisation.
Ideally with a financial services background, the successful candidate will have substantial experience of working at a strategic level to manage a customer insights team that will in turn take responsibility for commissioning, collecting, interpret and using insights, outsights and evaluation, ultimately ensuring that the customer is at the heart of all business decisions.
