Your main responsibilities:
- YOU WILL BE IN A CENTRAL POSITION TO DEVELOP THE DEPARTMENT IN COORDINATION WITH 7 COMPLIANCE OFFICERS.
- You will analyze and develop the compliance internal policy on operational and strategic levels.
- Be in charge of the compliance department development and of the compliance culture as well.
- Update the internal procedures in order to be in line with the latest regulations.
- Report directly to Group CCO.
- BE THE CONTACT PERSON WITH REGULATORY AUTHORITIES
- GIVE TRAININGS REGARDING COMPLIANCE ISSUES.
YOUR PROFILE:
- YOU HAVE 7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT.
- You hold a Master in Finance, Law or a certification in Compliance.
- You are fluent in French and English.
