Head of Client Exits - Client Off-Boarding - London

HEAD OF CLIENT EXITS - CLIENT OFF-BOARDING - LONDON

My client a Tier One Investment bank based in London, is looking for an experienced Head of Client Exits to come on board and drive a stream of work within an exciting and growing off-boarding project. This role will involve oversight of all projects affecting the onboarding process, including AML, KYC and FATCA.

The candidate will need to have previously managed budgets of around $10m and global teams of around 20 people; whilst it is essential they have previous loans experience. Stakeholder management is entirely essential for this role as the candidate will be interfacing with global stakeholders up to board level.

The client is in the midst of a large period of growth; as this project has been identifed as a focal point for the bank within the next 12 months. The candidate will work to ensure the smooth changes within this space and will become a key catalyst to change within the area. It is essential that candidates have a solid background within Investment Banking.

SKILLS:

- Head of Client Exits
- Planning, organisation and control of projects during the whole project life cycle to agreed timescales and budgets
- Ownership and management of project goals, risks, finances and resources
- Obtaining agreement on project deliverables and ensuring that they meet all the requirements of both the business and across multiple systems groups
- Extensive understanding of KYC/AML
- Extensive understanding of FATCA
- It is essential that candidates have managed multiple global programmes of work; acting as the key resources in the delivery of global deployments and integrations
- Act as a central point of contact.
- Management of programme team in a direct and Matrix style as required
- Prince II certified
