A leading General Insurance client are looking to hire a Head of Channel Insight
- Provide key analysis to Inform our channel strategy and product development;
- Regular reporting on, and interpretation of customer behaviour and headline performance for web and phone channels;
- Identify, specify and champion opportunities for continuous improvement across our channels;
- Work closely with and support the business in applying channel traffic insight to support business-wide CRM/CVM activity, econometric modelling and research initiatives.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Experience developing business strategies and budgets;
- Experience in multi channel platform environments and customer experience;
- Excellent online channel knowledge within multi-disciplinary online experience;
- Experience of delivering online infrastructure projects in a corporate environment;
- Experience with SCRUM.
