Head of Campaign
2 Month Contract
£600 - £800 per day

My client, a leading public sector organisation, is seeking to recruit a skilled Head of Campaign to join their team onsite in Reading. As the Head of Campaign, you will have a wealth of experience in leading a campaign team as well as a proven ability to develop robust campaign strategies.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
*The ideal person will need to lead strategy and delivery, develop propositions for customer segments
*Build on existing partner marketing activities
*Represent the team at internal and external governance and stakeholder meetings.
*To track and react flexibly to emerging situations and drive registrations of customers to a target date.
*To instigate and deliver the next phases of detailed activity (direct and partner) to get customers through the full claim process.

Key Knowledge and Skills
*Proven ability to develop robust campaign strategies, based on clear objectives and outcomes
*Demonstrable experience of leading a campaign team to plan and deliver complex, insight-based, fully integrated, multi-channelled communications campaigns
*A track record of using insight to shape communication campaigns to deliver ideas and implementation across a wide range of segmented audiences and channels
*A track record of excellence in customer campaigns which inform and change behaviour, including through "nudge"
*Experience of delivering successful customer channel shift, specifically to move customers to engage and interact with an organization digitally.
*Demonstrable experience of embedding evaluation into communication campaign planning and acting on it to drive continuous improvement
*Demonstrable experience of building, leading and managing a high-performing campaign team, building strong internal and external working relationships across all levels, but particularly sustaining the confidence of directors and senior managers.
*Ability to use negotiation and influencing skills across a range of sectors/stakeholders to ensure objectives are met
*Experience of working to tight deadlines and managing uncertainty and complexity to deliver business objectives
*Experience of communication budget responsibility including planning, setting, controlling and accounting for expenditure
*Experience of presenting persuasive campaign business cases to senior managers
